The Business Management Stage follows the project launch and consists of ensuring the excellency of what has been done from the implementation Stage until the stabilization of the new business in the e-commerce industry.
At this stage, we assume a consultation role and aim to solve our clients’ doubts about the processes we have been through. We follow up with the suppliers allocated to the projects and reinforce the training of the staff to ensure that our clients will receive the expected result.
